Mr. Esberg founded the Company in New York City in 1946. During its first ten years the firm specialized in book and magazine publishing, as well as oil and gas exploration. Thereafter, it concentrated its development in the international area with a multilingual staff serving American subsidiaries of European parent companies as well as other offshore operations.

The clients are located along the East Coast and throughout the U.S. They are in construction, manufacturing, engineering, architecture, investments, export and import, wholesale and retail sales, and many other industries.

In addition to rendering audit and tax services, the firm offers services to management for example, advising in acquisitions, computer installations and other management support functions.
